Article I– Annual Meeting 

Section 1. TIME AND PLACE  

The Annual Meeting of the members of Richland Youth Hockey shall be held at such time and place as shall be determined by the Board of Directors.  Notice shall be published in a local newspaper. 

Section 2. NOTICE  

The Secretary shall give written notice of the annual meeting which shall be made not more that 30 days and not less than 7 days prior to the date of the meeting. 

Section 3. Quorum

A quorum for transactions of business at the annual meeting shall be 20% of the registered members of Richland Youth Hockey. 

Section 4.  VOTES  

A member shall be entitled to one vote per family to maintain equality between single and married parents or guardians.  To be a voting member you must have at least one child enrolled in the hockey program and have paid all prescribed registration fees for membership and equipment rental and have returned all equipment in good repair as directed by Richland Youth Hockey.  Richland Youth Hockey does not acknowledge proxy votes or absentee ballots.

4. Election of Directors
