ARTICLE X – INDEMNIFICATION OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

SECTION 1. 

Any officer or Director of Richland Youth Hockey shall be indemnified by the Richland Youth Hockey against claims, liabilities, expenses and cost incurred by him in connection with defense of or settlement of any action or suit in which he is a party by reason of being  or having been a Director or officer of Richland Youth Hockey.
