ARTICLE VII – DUTIES OF OFFICERS

 

SECTION 1.  PRESIDENT 

The President will preside over all annual and special meetings of Richland Youth Hockey and all meetings of the Board of Directors.  He/she will also serve as an ex-officio member of all committees.  He/she shall perform such other duties as pertain to his office. 

SECTION 2.  VICE-PRESIDENT

In the absence of the President, the Vice-President shall perform his/her duties. 

SECTION 3.  SECRETARY

The Secretary shall keep records of all meetings of Richland Youth Hockey.  He/she shall serve notice of all special and annual meetings. 

SECTION 4.  TREASURER 

The Treasurer shall be the custodian of all funds and property of Richland Youth Hockey.
