ARTICLE VIII – EXPENDITURES.

SECTION 1.  EQUIPMENT 

Board of Directors shall control all expenditures for equipment owned by Richland Youth Hockey.  All purchases must be cleared with the Board of Directors. 

SECTION 2.  FACILITIES 

The Board of Directors shall control all expenditures for permanent or temporary facilities to be used by Richland Youth Hockey. 

SECTION 3.  LOANS AND GRANTS  

The Board of Directors are the only body of people authorized to bind Richland Youth Hockey to the repayment of loans or to accept responsibility for the conditions involved in securing grants or major donations. 

SECTION 4.  LONG TERM LOANS

Any loans with a maturity date of more than one year must be approved by the general membership by a majority vote.
