ARTICLE IX – CHANGES OF BY-LAWS 

SECTION 1.  MEMBERS 

By-Laws may be changed by the membership of Richland Youth Hockey at any annual or special meeting, provided notice is given at least (15) day prior to the date of the meeting.  The proposed changes must be explained in the notice of the meeting. 

SECTION 2. Board of Directors 

The Board of Directors are authorized to make changes or amendments to these by-laws in the event of an emergency.  All changes in the bylaws made by the Board of Directors are subject to review and possible change at the next annual meeting or special meeting.
