Richland Youth Hockey

The following credentials must be checked on every team before they play in their first game.

1. Stamped and Signed Team Roster
2. USA Hockey Waiver form for each player
3. USA Hockey Consent to Treat
4. Canadian teams must have a travel permit

-This is a mandatory rule.
-All Tournament Are USA Hockey Sanctioned for both US and Canadian Teams.

All tournaments will be 3 games guaranteed.  All tournaments will follow USA Hockey Rules.
Please send team colors and jersey numbers with form or as soon as possible.
Entry fee must accompany registration form.
If you are purchasing Family Passes with Entry fees, please include all fees.  If Family Passes are not purchased at time of entry the gate prices will be the following:
