The following credentials must be checked on every team before they play in their first game.

1. Stamped and Signed Team Roster
2. USA Hockey Waiver form for each player
3. USA Hockey Consent to Treat
4. Canadian teams must have a travel permit

-This is a mandatory rule.
-All Tournament Are USA Hockey Sanctioned for both US and Canadian Teams.

The Damon McLaughlin Memorial Scholarship was created to provide scholarships for graduating seniors from Richland Youth Hockey to help further their education.

The scholarship fund is funded from selling 50/50 tickets at the tournament, T-shirt sales, and from the tip jars that are located at the Richland Rangers Concessions.  One year, the Damon Tournament Committee raffled off a golf cart, 50% of the proceeds went to the Damon Scholarship Fund and 50% went to Richland Youth Hockey to benefit all Richland Youth Hockey Players.
